i found the rooms to be of a good size. the bathroom was spacious as well. the hotel's proximity to Christmas markets was a plus.
the mattress was a little soft and moved easily. the shower's water pressure was quite low. the coffee machine at breakfast was out of service.

The staff was helpful. the location suited me. It was a little away from the city center which i liked, though you can walk there easily. parking was available, a definite plus.
The room could use some updating. i found the cleaning a bit sloppy. used cups and glasses were not replaced. We had to ask for it.

i found some issues . the bathroom was really small. the toilet was just a few centimeters away from the shower wall. also, water leaked from the shower tray, a problem i noticed each time i showered, was a bit disappointed i could not order a fried egg at breakfast.
