satisfactory experience at the hotel
room size bathroom size christmas markets soft mattress low pressure broken machine
i found the rooms to be of a good size. the bathroom was spacious as well. the hotel's proximity to Christmas markets was a plus.
the mattress was a little soft and moved easily. the shower's water pressure was quite low. the coffee machine at breakfast was out of service.

a decent stay
helpful staff quiet location available parking sloppy cleaning missing glasses
The staff was helpful. the location suited me. It was a little away from the city center which i liked, though you can walk there easily. parking was available, a definite plus.
The room could use some updating. i found the cleaning a bit sloppy. used cups and glasses were not replaced. We had to ask for it.

small bathroom shower leakage
i found some issues . the bathroom was really small. the toilet was just a few centimeters away from the shower wall. also, water leaked from the shower tray, a problem i noticed each time i showered, was a bit disappointed i could not order a fried egg at breakfast.

There is street parking available with a blue disc (valid for 4 hours) and a public free parking area just 50 meters away. There are usually plenty of spaces. If we arrive in Bruges before the usual check-in time, can we store our luggage?
